ABOUT ME
I work empathically, reliably and in a structured manner with my clients on various psychological work topics such as dealing with stress, communication in partnerships, sexuality and self-development.
First came psychology, then sexology - this led me to sexual psychology. I combine practice-oriented methods with scientifically-based knowledge from partly my own research activities as well as regular training.
My way of working
My psychological counseling and courses are solution- and resource-oriented.
"Help for self-help" is how I understand my work.
In addition to my psychology studies, I have completed several other trainings, most of which are based on mindfulness-based methods. I see mindfulness as a helpful support for psychological and sexological self-development, as well as for constructive communication.
My clients value my professional knowledge and skills as well as my appreciative, open and friendly manner.
