FREE INITIAL COUNSELING

The first session lasts 20 minutes and serves to get to know each other, to better understand the current counseling request and to provide an initial psychological counseling.

Scope and frequency of meetings

 

The number and duration of sessions depend on the issue, the task as well as the depth and complexity of the situation. Usually, however, the number of sessions is between 3 and 12 sessions.

 

The counseling sessions usually last 50 or 90 minutes .

 

For issues that affect more than one person (e.g. relationship and family conflicts), it is often beneficial to work with you in both one-on-one and multi-person sessions.

 

 

Confidentiality

 

As a psychologist, I'm according to Section 203, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code obliged to keep secret and confidential all information entrusted to me in the course of my professional activity. The duty of confidentiality also applies to family members.

I point out that my offer is not therapy, but counseling .
